What Is your Return/Exchange Policy?
Please contact us at support @ DressAndDresses.com for a return authorization number before mailing any returns to us. Packages returned without this RA number cannot be accepted and will be refused.

All claims for damaged goods, defective merchandise, request for returns or exchanges must be reported to us within 7 days from the date the order was delivered. Please check the delivery date by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please include the original box along with the invoice/packing slip for all exchanges.
We exchange only.
You may exchange the order items undamaged, and we will gladly exchange your dress within 7 days. To qualify for an exchange, the product(s) must arrive at our processing center in the same condition we shipped it (i.e. resalable as new, undamaged merchandise). Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage during transit. Dress And Dresses can accept no responsibility for the transit of goods being returned to us. We reserve the right to determine if an item is in saleable condition.

All shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping charges are at customer expense unless otherwise stated. 

We will replace damaged merchandise for the same item once the item has been received by us. All other Exchanges, there will be a restocking charge of 25% on all dresses.  

ALL SALES ON CHRISTMAS AND HOLIDAY ITEMS ARE FINAL AND NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED.

How long does the dress takes to arrive at my location?:
UPS Ground Shipping Map
All dresses are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA by UPS.
Because of some UPS shipping changes now we are shipping 3 times a week.
All Orders will be shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Please see the chart above to see how long it may take to arrive your dress.
We do accept rush delivery;  However your dress still will be shipped on the days of the weeks stated above.

Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns. However we do accept exchange within 7 days as long as the dress is in resalable condition.

What Method of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment for purchases made through our website; Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Bank Transfer, through the services of Paypal.

Are the dresses the same color as the photo on the website?
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors, designs and descriptions of the products shown on our website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor and degree of lighting, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be the true color of the product. Products may vary slightly in their shade of color and design when compared with the photo pictured on the website.


I live in another country, do you accept international order?
Unfortunately No, We currently do not accept payments outside USA

I don't have a Paypal account. Do you have any other method of payment?:
Unfortunately we do not have any other method of payment for now. To pay with Paypal you do not need to create an account with them to pay us. you may simply pay as a guest at Paypal . Are all the dresses available and ready to ship?:
Yes, most dresses are available at our warehouse ready to ship. However occasionally due to high seasons, some dresses won't be available as our inventory moves quicker that we can update our website. We do our best to keep our inventory update on our website. In case your dress is not available, we will contact you immediately for a refund or exchange of a dress. If you have any concerns for time restraining for your dress to be deliver in a particular date; Please contact our customer support and we will be more than happy to supply any information of our inventory.
